Project/Account Lead

About TinyWins

We started small. One client at a time. Feeling by feeling. Those early triumphs were the stepping stones that built our momentum.

As a remote-first team, we tackle brand strategy, verbal and visual identities, web design and development, and growth marketing. Every project starts with one question: how do we want people to feel?

The Role

We’re looking for a Project/Account Lead to be the senior voice our clients trust and the steady hand our team counts on. You’ll own the client relationship and the project from kickoff to launch. That means running multi-phase engagements where strategy, identity, digital and film often move in parallel. You’ll keep scope, budget and timeline honest, and you’ll make sure what we deliver connects to what the client is trying to win.

You’ll work with industry-leading clients, from venture-backed startups to established names, many of them in complex or technical categories. You’ll work with a core team and a bench of senior freelancers, so you’ll be good at orchestrating talent that isn’t always in the same room.

The person we want is a connector who leads with ambition, not ego. You know when to push and when to pull. You listen well enough to hear what clients haven’t said yet. You’re curious about their business and ours, and you’re unfazed when priorities collide. You hold high standards with warmth.

You report to the CEO.

The Offer

    Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end delivery on client engagements, keeping the big picture in view and the details flawless.
    • Be the senior point of contact. Run client meetings, workshops and reviews, and work side by side with clients.
    • Become the trusted advisor. Learn each account deeply, speak their language and bring a confident point of view.
    • Anticipate needs. Listen, diagnose, and make sure the work stays true to the client’s purpose and brand.
    • Spot growth. Listen for new work streams within existing accounts and shape plans to pursue them.
    • Write scopes and build SOWs for fee-based work, and approve budgets and SOWs before they go out, in partnership with leadership and Biz Dev.
    • Manage scope with care. Set clear assumptions for feedback rounds, review timing and dependencies, and flag changes early and in writing before work starts.
    • Plan and secure resources. Work with our resourcing lead to staff projects and contractors, and keep delivery on time and on budget.
    • Guide the creative and strategy teams through briefs, reviews and handoffs, so the work is aligned and gold standard.
    • Track budgets, billing and invoicing milestones, and follow up on any payment issues with clients.
    • Keep project tools, timelines and status reports current, so the team and leadership always know where things stand.

    Qualifications

    • 6+ years in client service at a brand, design, digital or marketing agency (or a similar environment). A degree in marketing, communications or a related field is useful, but your track record matters more.
    • Real fluency in what we sell: brand strategy, verbal and visual identity, web design and development, and content or film production. You know how those pieces depend on each other.
    • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once, including phased, parallel workstreams.
    • Experience writing or shaping SOWs, estimating effort, and managing scope and budgets.
    • Strong written and verbal communication. You adapt your style for founders, executives, designers and engineers.
    • Calm judgment under pressure, tight deadlines and competing priorities.
    • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
    • Comfort with project and resourcing tools (such as Float, Asana or similar) and design tools like Figma.
    • Eagerness to partner with creative, strategy, technical and production teams.
